    Mini Bio

I’m an experienced wildlife guide and outdoor instructor based in Scotland, with a passion for helping people connect with nature. As a Mountain Leader and bushcraft instructor, I’ve guided countless adventures across the UK’s stunning landscapes.

My work has also taken me far beyond the UK. I’ve led trips in some of the world’s most biodiverse regions, including the jungles of Borneo, Java and Costa Rica. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of ecosystems and the importance of conserving wild places.

Closer to home, I’ve worked extensively with wildlife and conservation projects, teaching skills like animal tracking, natural navigation, and photography. My background as a wildlife photographer and filmmaker allows me to share stories of the natural world in ways that inspire curiosity and respect.

I love nothing more than helping others discover the beauty of wild spaces, whether that’s through a mountain hike, a coastal wildlife walk, or a nocturnal adventure under the stars. For me, guiding isn’t just about the destination—it’s about fostering a meaningful connection with the landscapes and wildlife we encounter along the way.

    Favourite Place to Play

I’m born and raised in the south downs and so for me, the New Forest and South Downs has a very special place in my heart and it was here where I first established my passion for the outdoors!
