Mini Bio

While in my marketing job in London, I realised I wasn’t the same as most other city folk – I ran or cycled everywhere, and often appeared in the office bleary-eyed on a Monday morning after having rolled straight off the Sleeper train from a weekend of adventuring in Scotland.

When the Covid pandemic hit, I decided to make a significant life change and retrained as an outdoor instructor in Devon. This experience has brought more richness to my life than anything a corporate status ever could, and I’ve met and worked with adults and children from many walks of life.

After several years as an outdoor freelancer, I’m now settled in Cumbria and love being part of the operations and logistics team that make other people’s outdoor adventures happen.

I’m incredibly fortunate to live in the Lake District, and on my day off, you’ll often find me running on a fell come rain or shine.
