Tamsin Fretwell

Mini Bio

I’ve been walking in the mountains since I could walk, with my first summit (Scafell Pike in the Lake District) at age 3. Since then, I’ve completed long distance walks and climbed mountains around the world. I’ve guided walking groups across the UK, with a particular focus on nature, having worked as an ecologist for many years.

In recent years, I’ve also been helping people to improve their well-being through connection with nature. I’m looking forward to sharing my skills and knowledge with you on your Wilderness trip.

Favourite Place to Play

I love the English-Welsh borders where I grew up. A beautiful land of rolling hills and hidden valleys.
