    Mini Bio

Originally from, and based in, North Wales, my choice places of adventure nearby are the mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia) plus the Anglesey and Llŷn Peninsula coastlines, which I enjoy exploring from land and by sea kayak.

As a student, my first trip to the Lake District provided unforgettable autumn colours, and my first journey to Scotland through Glen Coe was breathtaking. I was hooked!

My journey to guiding and coaching began by working with school children, delivering fieldwork and nature-based experiences. Since then, it has developed into a varied career incorporating archaeology, sustainability, geography and ecology outdoor learning. My knowledge of the natural and historic environment, combined with my desire to share beautiful places with others, means I have found my niche in supporting others in exploring wild landscapes.

    Favourite Place to Play

From tea shops to wild and remote hills, the Lake District offers a beautiful menu of adventures.

I was part of a team that space hopped up Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) to raise money for charity.
