Mini Bio
I’ve always loved the outdoors, growing up in rural North Wales my love of hillwalking began climbing Cadair Idris as a teenager.
Traveling on two wheels has always been something I enjoy too, you can usually find me exploring off-road trails when I’m out on my bike.
Over the last twenty years, I have traveled to many corners of the globe playing music, from New Zealand to Borneo, India to Canada, now I’m finding a healthy balance between the gigs and my passion for hillwalking and the outdoors.
Being based in Scotland since 1999 I have been lucky to visit many unknown corners of this beautiful country, playing music in pubs and on festival stages, climbing the hills, and swimming in the many stunning lochs and rivers to be found. With ever more frequent jaunts south I’m also getting to grips with England and Wales which is an exciting new adventure.
There is nothing more fun than exploring the Highlands with visitors and sharing the excitement of seeing the country through the eyes of those seeing it for the first time!
