    Mini Bio

Based in Cumbria, I am fortunate to call the stunning landscapes of the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and Northern England my home. Perhaps it’s in my blood; as a proud quarter Cumbrian, I feel deeply connected to this beautiful region and its history, nature and geology. Scotland is also just a stone’s throw away.

However, my roots trace back to South Wales, where I was born and raised. Wales holds a special place in my heart and often calls me back. Along the way, I’ve lived in the bustling streets of London and Manchester and further afield in Germany and Canada. Passionate about walking and travel, I’ve explored the UK and beyond on foot, savouring the beauty of the world step by step. I enjoy the arts — singing, music, theatre, and visual art — and a good meal with excellent wine is my idea of bliss.

Hiking in the Lake District. It’s compact but packed with adventures for everyone.

Not a lot of People Know This

Once a lawyer specialising in telecoms and financial services, my life has taken a different direction. My office these days comes with much better views, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
