Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion open to customers worldwide.
2. Subject to the standard booking conditions with the following exceptions.
3. Promotion will only apply to bookings made for trips that depart in 2021.
4. Applies to small-group fixed date trips.
5. Should the departure you have booked need to be cancelled by Wilderness England, we will offer you a free refund.
6. 6 weeks before your trip is due to depart, Wilderness England will collect the remaining balance for your trip.
7. Up to 5 weeks before departure, travellers can postpone their booking for free.
8. This promotion excludes any trips where the accommodation is lodge-based.
9. This promotion is only open to travellers that book direct with us. Booking through 3rd party agents will not qualify for this promotion.
10. To qualify for the conditions laid out in the Book With Confidence promotion, simply book a trip with us including making a deposit payment at the end of the booking process. Bookings can be made online or over the phone.
11. Promotion is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize/offer is available.
12. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
