There are many airlines offering flights to London from Europe. Once in London, there are a number of options for travel to the start of your trip. If you prefer travelling by train, you could also book the Eurostar from France, Belgium and the Netherlands. If you want to bring your car you can book the Eurotunnel Shuttle which takes road vehicles between Folkstone and Calais.
You could also take the ferry to various ports in England. There are numerous ferries between France and England, with multiple daily options, also various weekly sailings between Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland and Belgium. Check out www.directferries.com for more information.
